Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 lbs walleye, pike or perch
- 1 1/2 cup mashed potato flakes
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic. In another bowl beat eggs. Dip both sides of the fish in the flour mix and eggs, then coat with potato flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
