Lorraine's Small Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Small potatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Sliced carrots
  • Fresh or frozen peas
  • Butter - Quite a bit
  • Little water if needed
  • Bit of white sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pot, add chopped onions & cook slightly. Add potatoes, carrots & salt. Cook on low heat stirring often. If there is no liquid add a bit of water. The less water is best but must be careful they don't burn. When almost done, add peas & a bit of sugar and cook a bit longer.
