Sausage Stars

Ingredients

• 1 lb. italian sausage browned and drained
• 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 1 pkg. wanton wrappers
• 1/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
• 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Spray mini muffin tins with Pam; brush each wanton with vegetable oil on one side and put that side up in muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Mix browned sausage and remaining ingredients. Fill shells as full as you can because they shrink down.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
(You can do day ahead, just keep shells in closed container on counter and mixture in fridge.)
