Ingredients
- 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds baking potatoes
- 2 T butter
- Paprika
- Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and sour cream until smooth; Prepare and boil quartered potatoes; Beat hot potatoes until they're in fine lumps. Add sour cream mixture.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika
400 25 min or 50 if refrigerated
uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
