Ingredients
- 2 Delicata Squash
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- Olive oil and butter
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 cup of cream
- Parmesan
- Salt, Sage, Pepper
- Pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Roast cubed squash. In pan, saute butter and olive oil and add garlic. Add stock, cream, squash, parmesan sage, salt and pepper and simmer until it thickens. Add to pasta. Yummers
