Bubble Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 T. melted butter
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Let dough stand at room temp. just until thawed. Cut dough in qtrs. Lengthwise and cut each qtr. In 8 cubes. Layer bread cubes in greased pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over dough. Let rise until doubled. Bake 30 min. at 350. Insert on plate and cool.
