Triple-Herb Crown Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 tbs butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tbs assorted chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, thyme, basil and chives
  • 1 pkg (11oz) refrigerated French-bread dough

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. In bowl, combine butter and fresh herbs.

Divide bread dough into 8 equal pieces; shape pieces into balls. Arrange balls 2" apart on prepared baking sheet. Using scissors, cut a cross into top of each roll.

Bake 15 min. or until golden. Brush tops with 1/2 herb butter. Serve rolls with remaining herb butter.
