Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can ready to serve chicken broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
- 2 cups of milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth and water in a dutch oven. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk. Heat through.
