Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds beef cut into fajita strips
- 2-3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Place the beef strips in the slow cooker.
Stir in the red curry paste.
Add the coconut milk and red pepper flakes.
Stir, cover and cook on low for two to four hours.
