Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 c. roasted red bell peppers, drained & patted dry
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
To prepare each sauce: combine all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth. Reserve chilled until ready to serve.
