Roasted Red Pepper Aioli- Phillips Seafood

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. roasted red bell peppers, drained & patted dry
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

To prepare each sauce: combine all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth. Reserve chilled until ready to serve.
