Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1- 6 oz can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1- 3 oz pkg cream cheese, room temp.
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan.
Place all ingredients in large bowl and blend on low speed for 1 min. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 min. Pour into prepared pan .Bake 40 to 50 min.
Cool in pan for 20 min. before turning out. Spoon the glaze over warm cake.
