Pam's Pretzel Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 2 C crushe pretzels
  • 1/2 C melted real butter
  • 3 T sugar
  • FILLING
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 C sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • TOPPING
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 16 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 2 C boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press in a 9x13 pan and bake for 7-8 minutes at 400 degrees.

Filling: Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Spread filling on cool crust.

Topping: Stir boiling water into Jello until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries until it jells. Pour over filling. Refrigerate.
