STRAWBERRY PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 baked 9" pie shell
  • 1 1/4 Cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry jello
  • 1 (10 ounce)container sweetened frozen strawberries
  • Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water, constarch, sugar, and jello. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 10 minutes). Add strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
