Ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 pkg scalloped potatoes
- (cook according to directions)
- 3 med onions (sliced)
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 t. oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork chops on both sides.
In a casserole dish, alternate a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions, and a layer of celery.
Place browned chops on the top.
Mix milk with mushroom to make gravy.
Pour over all.
Shake on salt, pepper, and oregano.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hr.
Remove foil and bake additional 15 min.
