Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 2 tsp. Fresh Basil Leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. Orange Peel, freshly grated
- 11/2 tsp. Garlic Pepper
- 11/2 lbs. Fresh Salmon Fillets, cut crosswise into 4 pcs.
- 1/4 C. Sliced Almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill on med-high. Combine butter, orange juice, chopped basil leaves & orange peel in sm. bowl; reserve 2 Tbsp. butter mixture. Brush remaining butter mixture onto fish; sprinkle with garlic pepper. Place fish onto grill. Grill, turning once, till fish flakes easily with fork ( 10-12 min. ) To serve, drizzle fish with reserved butter mixture. Sprinkle with almonds & basil leaves.
