Chinese Salad

Ingredients

  • SALAD:
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 cup broken cashews
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small package chow mein noodles
  • Ramen noodles (1 package) broken into small pieces
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 package Ramen seasoning (beef) from noodle package
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all salad ingredients.

Blend all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad just before serving.
