Ingredients
- 2 CRUST
- 5 CUP FRESH PEACHES
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 2/3 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TBSP FLOUR
- 1/4 TSP NUTMEG
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
Preparation
Step 1
FILL PAN WITH PEACHES, SPRINKLE LEMON JUICE ON TOP. MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, AND NUTMEG TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER ALL, DOT WITH BUTTER. COVER WITH TOP CRUST. CUT SLITS IN TOP CRUST. BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN REDUCE TO 350 AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES.
