OVERNITE EGG CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 4 c Frozen Hash Brown potatoes
  • 1 c Ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 c Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Grease an 8” pan.
Layer hash browns, ham and cheeses.
In a bowl whisk eggs, milk and spices.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Remove from refrigerator and wait 30 minutes.
Bake at 350º for an hour.
