OVERNITE EGG CASSEROLE

- 4 c Frozen Hash Brown potatoes
- 1 c Ham, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 c Onions, minced
- 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 6 Eggs
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Grease an 8” pan.
Layer hash browns, ham and cheeses.
In a bowl whisk eggs, milk and spices.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Remove from refrigerator and wait 30 minutes.
Bake at 350º for an hour.
