Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c whole milk
  • 1 1/2 c sour tapioca flour (azedo)
  • 1 c sweet tapioca flour (doce)
  • 3/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease muffin pans. Combine all ingredients. Mix until batter is smooth. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Bread should be crisp on the outside and hollow on the inside.
