Halibut Meuniere

Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz) Halibut Fillets
  • S&P
  • 1 t Flour
  • 1 1/2 t Butter
  • 2 T LJ
  • 1 T Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Pat fish dry with paper towels and season with S&P. Sprinkle with flour.
Melt 1/2T butter inskillet. Add fish and cook until lightly browned. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add 1T butter to pan and cook until lightly browned. Remove from heat and stir in LJ. Pour sauce over fish and top with parsley and season with S&P.
