Ingredients
- 2 lbs bulk hot sausage
- 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 pkg party bread or rye bread loaf
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain. Add Velveeta and cook until cheese melts. Spread on bread. If using loaf bread, at this point cut into 4 pieces using a pizza cutter. Place bread on cookie sheet and place in freezer until frozen. Once frozen put into Ziploc bag for easy storage.
To serve: place frozen bread on cookie sheet in oven preheated to 350. Heat for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
