Chocolate Coconut Chia Mousse

This is an easy method for making a healthier version of chocolate mousse using the chia seeds as a thickener.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons raw chia seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend on high speed using a hand blender. Once well blended, pour the mixture into individual ramekins and place in the fridge. The mousse will set after approximately 1 hour. I like to let them sit overnight. Once set, it’s ready to eat!
