Ingredients
- Pork chops (bone in or boneless)
- Beef consomme soup (2 cans)
- 1 1/2 cups rice (uncooked)
- Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in olive oil. Cover with soup and add rice. Cover and simmer til rice is done about 25 min. Serve with steamed broccoli.
