Ingredients
- 1/2 c rice
- 6 small pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 med onions
- 3 med fresh or 1 1/4 cups canned tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 cups HOT water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash rice, spread over oiled bottom of pans. Brown chops, season heavily, layer over rice. Slice onion, tomato, and green pepper. Rinse frying pan and pour over chops and rice
Bake 350 degrees, 2 hours, covered. To brown remove cover
