String Beans and Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh yellow string beans
  • Smoked Polish sausage
  • Onions, 2 medium
  • Dill
  • Sugar
  • White vinegar
  • Sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sausage in pot of water until sausage is heated through
Take out of water and let cool. Cut into 2-3" pieces

Cut onions into small pieces, cook in oil until transluscent

Finely chop dill

Cut up beans into 2" pieces

Put all ingredients back into pot. Cook on medium high heat for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with dollop of sour cream
