Best in America Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 cups diced cooked potatoes (2 lbs.)
  • 4 4 4 hard-boiled eggs plus couple extra for top decoration
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1 1 Tblsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 2 2 Tblsp. sweet relish
  • 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potatoes, eggs and onion.
In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.
Add to salad and mix well.
Put in serving bowl. Slice eggs and place around outer edges of bowl.
Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Refrigerate.
