Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb beef chuck roast, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 c onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2- 10 1/2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 - can CONDENSED beef broth
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cans pinto and kidney

Step 1
Brown beef. Stir in rest and simmer until beef tender (recipe said 30 minutes but that sounds too short)
