Pork Tenderloin and Apples

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork tenderloin, fat removed
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 3-4 apples sliced
  • 2 T dijon mustard
  • 2 T honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 pks apple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Season the pork with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
Spread the mustard and honey on the pork.
Cover with the sliced onions and apples
Cook for 8 hrs in slow cooker. Take lid off the crockpot for the last 30 min to let the liquid reduce. Slice and serve.
