Brunswick Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 3 lb chicken cut up or chicken breast
  • 3 to 5 cups water
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 18 ounce can corn undrained
  • 15 ounce pkg frozen butter beans - defrosted
  • 3 16 ounce cans diced tomatoes with juice
  • 3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • a few drops hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken and then add all ingredients except corn and butter beans and cook until potatoes done. Add corn and butter beans and continue to cook until done.
