Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh chopped tomatoes
- tomato or V8 juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1/4 cup juice in bottom of cast-iron pot and cook onion till transparent. Add more juice as needed to prevent burning. Add tomatoes and fresh basil to taste.
