Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- (2) 15oz cans of black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 small green pepper, seeded & chopped
- 1 small red pepper, seeded & chopped
- Salt & Pepper ( to taste )
Preparation
Step 1
Take 1/4 cup of the mango & the italian dressing. Blend in a blender.
In a large bowl combine the remaining mango, beans, onions & peppers.
Add the mango puree.
Season with Salt & Pepper ( to taste).
Chill until ready to serve
