Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tea tarragon-dried
- 2 tbls dried parsley
- 1 tea pepper
- 1 lemon
- paprika- for garnishing
- 3 boneless chicken beasts- cut into cutlets and pounded thin
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE first five ingredients in small bowl
SPREAD cutlets out on a banking sheet in one layer
SMEAR 1/2 mixture over chicken
DRIZZLE with lemon juice and sprinkle with paprika
BROIL until bubbly and browned ( about 3 to 5 minutes)
REMOVE pan from oven.
TURN chicken cutlets over and repeat With remaining mixture
RETURN to broiler and repeat cooking process.
Excellent with white rice
