WALNUT TARTS

Ingredients

  • SHELL
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 8 oz. Whipped Sweet Butter (Breakstone Tub)
  • Mix all together and roll into 1 inch balls. Place in Mini Muffin Pan (ungreased). Place in pan and press evenly to form a cup.
  • Batter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/1 /2 Cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 Tablespoons Vanilla
  • Mix all together

Preparation

Step 1

Drop 1 Tsp. into cup. Do not overfill.
Place in oven 15-18 minutes

Let cool and sprinkle with Confectioner's Sugar with sifter or strainer
