Ingredients
- SHELL
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
- 1 8 oz. Whipped Sweet Butter (Breakstone Tub)
- Mix all together and roll into 1 inch balls. Place in Mini Muffin Pan (ungreased). Place in pan and press evenly to form a cup.
- Batter
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/1 /2 Cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
- 3 Tablespoons Vanilla
- Mix all together

Step 1
Drop 1 Tsp. into cup. Do not overfill.
Place in oven 15-18 minutes
Let cool and sprinkle with Confectioner's Sugar with sifter or strainer
