Rosemary Garlic Chicken Breasts

For the pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken skinned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat cooker, add oil and brown chicken pieces
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and rosemary
3. Place garlic slices on chicken
4. Combine remaining ingredients, except lemon, and pour over chicken
5. Cook 8 minutes
7. Quick release and thicken sauce if desired
