Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers ; peeled & thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Chives
- 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Green onions ; chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Water
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine cucumbers and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir in remaining ingredients just before serving.
