- 1 JAR BASIC MARINARA SAUCE
- MEATBALLS COOKED
- 6 HOAGIE BUNS SPLIT
- 6 1 OZ SLICE PROVOLONE CHEESE
Preparation
Step 1
1) IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN BRING SAUCE TO A SIMMER OVER MEDIUM HEAT. TURN HEAT TO LOW. SIMMER 20 MINUTES. CAREFULLY FOLD MEATBALLS INTO SAUCE, HEAT THROUGH
2) PREHEAT BROILER, PLACE HOAGIE BUN FLAT ON A LARGE BAKING SHEET. TOAST LIGHTLY, ADD MEATBALLS AND SAUCE TO BOTTOM 1/2 OF BUN. TOP WITH CHEESE, RETURN TO BROILER AND BROIL UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED
