Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 T vinegar
- 7 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernals
- 8 slices cooked bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, onion, raisins, sugar and vinegar. Add broccoli. Cover and chill.
Add sunflower kernals and bacon just before serving.
