Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can kidney beans
- 15 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup corn chips
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*.
Brown ground beef.
Rinse and drain kidney beans.
Combine kidney beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, minced onions in mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, corn chips and ground beef. Stir to blend.
Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Spread top with sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
