Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounce) chopped cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 the cheese. Put the remaining cheese on top Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for about 45 minutes.
