  • 1 1/2 CUP OF KETCHUP
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 2 TBSP DIJON STYLE MUSTARD
  • 2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 TSP LIQUID SMOKE
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE CHUCK ROAST IN CROCK POT. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. POUR BBQ MIXTURE OVER ROAST. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS. SHRED MEAT WITH FORK. PLACE BACK IN POT, STIR TO EVENLY COAT MEAT. SPOON MEAT ONTO SANDWICH BUNS.
