Chicken in wine with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chicken Cutlets (cut into chunks)
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil
  • 1 box mushrooms (cut up)
  • 1 onion - cut up
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Wine
  • Wondra
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken into flour, egg, & Bread crumbs.
Brown in oil (can be frozen at this point).
Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Add chicken broth, wine, and thicken with Wondra.
Add oregano, basil, parsley, and rosemary.
Miss all in Crock-Pot, and heat.
