Brussel Kek

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 2 cups flour + 2 T

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter, sugar, 1/2 at a time.
Add egg & vanilla
Beat until fluffy, mix in flour.

Roll flour & 2" cyl.

Wrap & chill 6 hours more

375 6-8 minutes firm not brown.
