Tuna Boats

Ingredients

• 2 small cans of tuna in oil, drained
• 1 stalk of celery, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2-3 hardboiled eggs, cut up in 4ths
• 1 heaping Tbl. mayo (add more gradually as needed)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 pkg. hot dog buns
• several american cheese slices

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except buns and cheese. Fill hot dog buns with tuna salad and top with cheese slices (torn to fit the bun). Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until cheese melts.
