Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup nuts
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- (1 1/2 + brown)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups zucchini
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and zucchini
Fold in dry ingredients and nuts
Bake 1 hour @ 350, 8x4x2 pan
