Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets (Wild Salmon taste best!)
- 1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 2 tsp dejon mustard
- 2 tsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 3 Tbsp mayo
- 2 Tbsp aseago cheese
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Place fillets on a greased baking dish
3. Combine sour cream or yogurt, mustard, onion, dill, and salt and pepper
4. Spread mixture over fish
5. Bake 15 minutes
6. When ready,sprinkle grated aseago cheese on top and a dash of paprika
7. Broi one minute or until cheese is bubbly
8. Serve with lemon wedges
