Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour & sugar. Cut in butter. Add eggs and almond extract. Form into log and wrap in Saran. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully. They burn quickly.
