Cabbage Rolls - Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 3/4 cup quick cook rice
  • 1/2 cup crushed saltines
  • 1 oz onion soup mix
  • 1 can (46oz) V8 juice
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef
  • salt/pepper
  • grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Cabbage

Mix together all but V8.

Roll up in cabbage leaves and put in slow cooker.

Pour V8 juice over rolls and cook on low 6-7 hours.

Serve with parmesan cheese
