Rhubarb Pie (large)

Ingredients

  • 6 T flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • Top and Bottom pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour and sugar together
Add eggs, beat thoroughly
Line pie pan with pastry
Add rhubarb
Pour filling on top
Cover with top crust
Brush top with butter
Sprinkle sugar on top
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees for 35 minutes
